As a big fan of Thai cuisine (with a favorite spot back in Houston), I was eager to find a new go-to in Seattle and Noi Thai absolutely delivered. Despite the restaurant being busy, service was attentive and the food came out quickly. We sat at the bar and ordered a mule, which was well-made. I had the Spicy Thai Basil stir fry with ground chicken and added shrimp, spice level 2. It hit the spot, great flavor and perfectly cooked. You can also choose tofu or pork as protein options. My husband ordered the Salmon Garlic Fried Rice, requested his salmon well done, and went with spice level 1. He doesn’t usually do spicy and felt it still had a bit of heat, but enjoyed it overall. The only downsides: it was a bit warm inside and a little noisy. Even sitting side-by-side at the bar made conversation tough. Still, the food and service more than made up for it. Definitely a place we’ll return to.

We recently dined at Noi Thai in Downtown Seattle for two consecutive days while attending a convention in the area, and it was a truly enchanting experience each time! Despite the bustling atmosphere, which resulted in a bit of a wait to be seated, the ambiance was sophisticated and welcoming, seamlessly combining contemporary and traditional Thai decor. The service was outstanding—attentive, amicable, and well-versed in the menu offerings. On both visits, we sampled the Satay Chicken, Drunken Noodles, and Cashew Tofu, each dish a culinary triumph. The Satay Chicken was tasty and tender, though we did request extra peanut chutney as it was slightly dry. The Drunken Noodles were robust and flavorful, with the ideal amount of spice and noodles cooked to perfection. The Cashew Tofu stood out—crispy tofu mingled with crunchy cashews, fresh vegetables, and a savory sauce that was truly delectable. The dishes were not only delicious but also elegantly presented, transforming the meal into a genuine culinary journey. The portions were ample, and every bite was infused with authentic Thai flavors. Noi Thai Downtown Seattle has unquestionably secured its place among my top Thai restaurants in the city. I eagerly anticipate returning to explore more of their menu. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone in search of an extraordinary dining experience!

Stopped by Noi Thai for lunch after walking over from Chinatown on our stopover in Seattle. The place has a fancy-looking inside, with gold decor and dramatic plating — definitely more upscale than your average Thai spot. We sat at these tables with interesting triangle cushions. We tried the tofu soup, beef fried rice, and three of their specialties: tom yum lobster, crab with glass noodles, and the sizzling flat iron steak green curry. Out of those, the lobster was the best combo of flavor, portion, and value. It also comes with a show, which was unexpected. The crab looked cool but wasn’t super memorable, and while the green curry was really good. However, at $30, debatable in terms of value, but it's big enough to split. One thing we didn’t know: every main dish already comes with rice, so we accidentally ordered extra we didn’t need. So pass on the rice, especially at $3 per bowl. In terms of value in tourist downtown Seattle, we saw lots of people splitting the pineapple fried rice — it’s huge and comes in an actual pineapple. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but portions are generous and service was friendly. If you're in the area and want Thai food with a fancier twist in a lower traffic location, Noi Thai's worth checking out — especially for a sit-down lunch exploring the downtown waterfront.

We visited this restaurant and tried the Fresh Rolls, Coconut Curry Noodle Soup, and Crying Tiger. The noodle soup was absolutely delicious-rich, flavorful, and comforting. I also really enjoyed the Fresh Rolls; they were light and refreshing, and came with a warm peanut sauce that was incredibly tasty. The Crying Tiger was okay but not my favorite dish of the night, but still decent. The service was attentive, and the ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a great dining experience!

Great spot with a really nice vibe! Noi Thai is perched right at the top of the Harbor Steps on First Avenue, so you get this lovely mix of city views and people-watching that’s perfect if you enjoy a little scenery with your meal. It’s especially fun to watch tourists snapping pics on the stairs while you’re digging into your food Food-wise, definitely don’t miss the crispy garlic chicken - 100% a must-order. The drunken noodles were good too, and the green curry beef had great flavor as well. We also tried the Crying Tiger, which was good, but honestly didn’t quite feel worth the price for the portion of meat we got. Overall, I’d call this a casual-nice spot with consistently good service. Great for a relaxed dinner with a bit of an upscale touch.

A very good range of Thai cuisine. Equally good was the taste. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. They have discounted, small plates during happy hour. Loved the Pad Thai, Thai iced teas and pineapple fried rice. Also good was the drunken noodles. Spring roll could have been better.

WOW! The food here was just truly amazing and delicious. Filled with lots of yummy flavors! Also their Spicy Level here is 1-5 with 5 being the hottest. We got the Spicy Crispy Garlic Chicken with white steamed rice and the Spicy Fried Rice with Chicken! Again the food was fantastic! And so was the service and hospitality here. You can either eat inside or outside on their nice open space patio!! Recommend A++

Stopped by here for our last night of our Seattle vacation for dinner. All the dishes we ordered were very tasty! It was nice sitting outside in the beautiful summer evening. I especially enjoyed the crispy fried chicken dish and my Thai iced tea with rum added.
